This is a brand-new house finished in 2015! Welcome to Grande at Canal Pointe community, east of Route 1 and within walking/biking distance to downtown Rehoboth or the beaches.
The house has 4 bedrooms on two levels and 3 full baths!
AGE requirements is 25 years or older. No smoking, vaping or use of Hookah.
Max occupancy is 9 persons.
The space
BEAUTIFUL. SPACIOUS. COASTAL. This stunning home sits on a beautifully landscaped lot in the premier community of Grande at Canal Pointe. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with spacious rooms, custom upgrades, and so much more. As you walk in, the expansive great room with 4-foot bump outs offers a sophisticated open floor plan design with a fabulous stacked stone fireplace, custom crown molding, wood flooring, ceiling fans, and beautiful plantation shutters. The large space is perfect for entertaining or enjoying a quiet evening at home.
The superior dine-in gourmet kitchen offers ample space to move freely while cooking and entertaining guests. You’ll love the stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and large island with lots of storage and counter space. Truly any chef’s dream. The nearby butler's pantry provides connections and a hidden space for electronics, cables, etc.
The palatial owner’s suite features a large walk-in closet, a beautiful master bath with dual vanities and oversized shower. The two other bedrooms on the main level are spacious, light, and airy. The additional space off the entry way is a great office or study area.
The second level has a wonderful large space for additional living and entertaining and private bedroom and bath.
The exterior of the home features new siding, an extraordinary paver patio and walkway, and irrigation well, outdoor shower, and shed for additional secure storage. In the garage, you’ll find new Epoxy flooring and shelving systems.

I will require the guest to sign my electronic lease agreement within one week after booking. (I have added the text version of the lease in the House Rules section)
